Armchair made entirely of cast bronze, cast aluminum, or fiberglass.

Inspired by Michelangelo's famous Pietà, the artist describes his work as follows: "In the extraordinary posture of the Madonna holding the dead Christ, I was drawn to the dramatic abandon of the cold, white body, along with the moving embrace, which ultimately encloses the entire world beneath a soft drapery. For a long time, I thought about that feeling of abandonment, the importance of gesture, of life in its relationship with space and time. I searched for that sensation for a long time, I tried to feel it, to recreate it.

Apparita is available in a limited edition series of 6+3.
