Inspired by Salvador Dalí's 1935 portrait of Mae West, Studio 65 created a masterpiece in 1970 that was destined to become an icon. The sofa's playful shape and vibrant colors reflect the impact of Surrealism and the Pop Art movement in the 1960s. At the same time, the sofa retains the timeless personality and versatility that make it one of Gufram's most popular pieces to this day.

Originally produced in a limited edition (1000 pieces) with bright red Lycra fabric, it is now also available in an unlimited version with removable bouclé wool covers in a wide range of colours.
