'Atavola

In this unique dining table the top is composed of elements joined together and created with the ancient technique of aluminum casting. The sinuous surfaces seem animated by a secret movement, an inner vibration that conveys the impression of a constantly evolving form. The legs, also obtained through casting and hand-modeled, rise like silent monoliths, suspending the tabletop.

At the center of the tabletop, a cast bronze insert captures the light and the eye: an ideal starting point for a visual journey that has infinite possible destinations. 'Atavola is thus a work to be traversed, rather than merely observed: an invitation to get lost in the gesture, in the material, in the memory.
